Quick Ralf & Grant (QRG), a specialist insurance group and Lloyd’s broker, has announced the relocation of its headquarters to a new office at Dixon House, 1 Lloyd’s Avenue, London.

According to company statement, the new office, located on the 5th floor of Dixon House, provides capacity for over 65 employees and will serve as a central hub for QRG’s expanding operations. The relocation is part of the company’s broader efforts to strengthen its position as a Lloyd’s broker and managing general agent (MGA) incubator with a growing presence in Europe and Australia.

QRG, named after its leadership team—Dominic Quick, Robert Ralf, and Lance Grant—specialises in select broking lines and supports entrepreneurial MGAs in multiple jurisdictions, including Greece, Australia, and London. The company highlighted the rapid growth it experienced since its relaunch.

“At QRG, we believe we have identified an opportunity for a sharp, relentlessly client-focused, and tech-enabled insurance business to disrupt existing markets and provide clients with a superior service to our competitors,” said Robert Ralf, CEO of QRG. “We are building the strongest team in the market, and the move to our new office is designed to accommodate precipitous growth alongside our new brand.”

Deputy CEO Dominic Quick emphasised the role of technology in the firm’s strategy: “The insurance market is ripe for disruption. We believe we can grow by delivering best-in-class insurance distribution services through innovative, cutting-edge technological platforms,” he said.

Lance Grant, chief operating officer, reinforced the firm’s focus on agility and responsiveness: “An agile, nimble player like QRG can incorporate the latest technological solutions at speed and bring them to immediately bear for clients. That is our mission: to deliver a tech-enabled insurance service to wherever our clients need it,” said Grant.

In addition to providing specialised solutions, QRG has three existing ventures— Ithaca Underwriting, Karve, and CoLab.
