Prestige Insurance Holdings has officially announced its acquisition of Find Insurance NI, an established insurance brokerage headquartered in Derry-Londonderry.
The acquisition is designed to complement Prestige Insurance Holdings’ growth objectives, focusing on broadening expertise and service range to meet clients’ changing needs. Find Insurance NI’s staff will continue their operations from the Derry-Londonderry branch, ensuring uninterrupted service and no alterations to existing customer policies.
Find Insurance NI, which has been operational for over five decades in Northern Ireland, initially traded as WG O’Kane Insurance from 1972 and was later acquired by Seamus and Elizabeth Mullan in 1977. It employs a mix of 29 full and part-time personnel.
The integration of AbbeyAutoline and Find Insurance NI under Prestige Insurance Holdings’ brokerage division also signifies a significant enhancement in the company’s service portfolio.
