Pen Underwriting (Pen) has appointed Dan Walker and Andy Helliwell as new business development managers (BDMs) to enhance its regional support for brokers.
Meanwhile, Helliwell will be the BDM for the Midlands to further enhance the broker support dedicated to the region. Before joining Pen, he served as a senior BDM at Broker Insights bringing 20 years of industry experience and having held various senior roles across sales and broking.
Both new BDMs will report to Nick Hewland, the area sales manager for the Midlands & North.
Commenting on the appointment, Hewland said: “Dan and Andy are fantastic additions to our team in the North West and Midlands, bringing great local knowledge, strong market relationships, and huge enthusiasm for enabling brokers to trade right across the breadth of Pen’s products.
