A total of 32 fresh faces have joined the graduate programme at Allianz Insurance.
The graduates – who recently shared an intensive induction week with presentations from chief executive Jon Dye and members of the management board – are enrolled across the actuarial, underwriting, finance, IT, claims, and management trainee schemes.
“The experiences our graduates will gain over the next two years will be invaluable for their future careers and we will support them every step of the way,” commented Jules Harrison (pictured with the 2018 graduate intake), Allianz graduate talent manager.
Aside from gaining extensive exposure to the business, the graduates will also study for relevant professional qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute, Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, and Foundation in Accountancy.
In addition, they will receive support and training in core professional skills.
“We’re really proud of our scheme and recognise the huge importance of investing in talent; it’s also really pleasing that some of our summer interns have returned as graduates this year,” noted Harrison. “We wish all the new graduates the best of luck as they begin their placements.”
