Novae Group plc has appointed 25-year industry veteran Adam Cragg as chief operating officer.
Cragg is coming on board from
Beazley plc where he managed operational services across eight global offices as head of operations for UK and rest of the world. Prior to joining
Beazley in 2008 as business technology manager, he held senior IT roles at ACE Group and Premium Credit Ltd.
“I am delighted to welcome Adam to the team. He brings a wealth of technological and operational expertise to Novae and an exceptional track record,” commented Matthew Fosh, Novae Group chief executive.
Fosh continued: “He is a key addition to the senior executive team and his knowledge, skills, and experience will add enormous value to the Group.”
The specialist listed Lloyd’s insurer employs approximately 300 people between its offices in London and Bermuda. It is being acquired by
AXIS Capital for $604 million.
