Insurance provider NMU has extended its title sponsorship for the Worcester Valkyries. This means that the year to June 2018 will be the second for NMU as title sponsor and its third consecutive as club partner.
As part of the partnership, the NMU logo will be on the front of the Valkyries’ shirts, on the training kit, in digital and printed materials, as well as on a board seen behind the posts in the South stand at Sixways Stadium.
The Valkyries – and nine other teams – are part of the new women’s domestic competition known as the “Tyrrells Premier 15s,” which kicked off last Saturday. There’s also a new development league for each of the 10 clubs’ 2nd XV teams. The sponsorship applies to both Valkyries sides.
“We’re delighted to continue our support for Worcester Valkyries as they embark on their inaugural Premier 15s and development league seasons,” said marketing executive Andy Baldwin. “It’s an exciting time for the domestic structure in women’s rugby and we’re proud to be part of the history.”
NMU employs over 100 specialist professionals in 10 offices across the UK and Ireland. Products include cover for cargo, freight liability, engineering, marine trade, terrorism, and motorsport.
