Rural insurer NFU Mutual has once again won the Gallup Great Workplace Award.
This year’s victory marks the fourth consecutive recognition for the British firm. It points to NFU Mutual’s engaged workforce in the areas of strategy and leadership; accountability and performance; communication and knowledge management; and development and ongoing learning.
The insurer joins 39 organisations from around the world who have been commended for their high levels of engagement. NFU Mutual is the only UK-headquartered company on the roster.
Winners for 2019 include the likes of 13-time winners ABC Supply and Hendrick Health System as well as 12-time winners Self Regional Healthcare and Stryker Corporation. First-timers include Levi Strauss & Co., Nearmap, and Talent International.
“We’re very proud to have won this award for the fourth year in a row,” commented NFU Mutual chief executive Lindsay Sinclair. “It’s a great testament to the commitment, passion, and hard work that everyone puts into making NFU Mutual a Great Place to Work.

According to Gallup’s global research, only 15% of employees are engaged in their jobs.
