Global loss adjuster McLarens has given its UK & Ireland leadership team a boost with the arrival of its first client services head. Assuming the freshly created role is Sandra McDonald, who joins from the Chartered Insurance Institute where she served as development manager.
Bringing industry-wide experience in customer service, training, and education, McDonald will support all client-facing activity as part of the further development of McLarens’ customer value proposition. An Escada Systems alumnus, the new head of client services also lists technology sector know-how among her credentials.
