Manchester Underwriting has strengthened its claims proposition with the arrival of a top name from
Munich Re.
Dan Cooper (pictured), has made the switch from the German reinsurance giant, taking up the position of claims manager.
He has worked on a broad range of legal and claims matters over 18 years having also spent time at the likes of DCS Ltd and Davies Arnold Cooper.
According to a release, Cooper will be responsible for all claims operations for MUM with Charles Manchester, the firm’s CEO, firmly believing that he will enhance the company’s offering to brokers.
“Manchester Underwriting Management is about providing brokers with quality products, fantastic service and first-class security,” said Manchester. “Our underwriters make decisions and we provide a great claims service.
“I’m delighted to have Dan join us. His approach to claims fits with the MUM ethos so our quality of claims service will thrive under his leadership.”
