The Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA) has released its Member Manifesto for the year.
Under the manifesto, the strategic priorities of the LMA for 2023 are engaging with and delivering Future at Lloyd’s; supporting and delivering technical expertise; supporting regulatory change; developing and delivering technical training; and increasing member engagement.
“2023 is set to be the culmination of years of effort in the Lloyd’s market,” said LMA chief executive Sheila Cameron (pictured) in an emailed release. “We cannot stop here; it is critical that we remain sharply focussed on supporting and delivering the market’s transformation programme.
“In profound ways, the industry is now tackling the challenges of modernisation head-on, and we are passionate about doing the same, whether it be through diversity & inclusion initiatives that are transforming the workplace, through technological solutions that are creating value for our members, or through the skills and technical excellence we are providing at the LMA Academy.”
The manifesto, said Cameron, sets out what the CEO called an ambitious agenda that is intrinsically linked to the success of LMA members and the market. Cameron added that she firmly believes the agenda will be successfully delivered, thanks to members’ support and the trade body’s “fantastic” team.
The new LMA Member Manifesto can be accessed via the trade body’s website.
