Liberty Specialty Markets is making no secret of its ambitions for continental Europe, and now it is pushing forward in the region with a new casualty manager.
Katja Bobrowski (pictured) will take on the role of casualty manager for the region, a newly created position that will see her based in Cologne while reporting to central region head Kadidja Sinz. Bobrowski is set to take the lead for developing capabilities and talents within the team.
“Katja’s experience in general casualty makes her a tremendous addition to our continental European team,” said Sinz. “Her knowledge of the business combined with her international background will be an invaluable asset to LSM and our clients.”
Bobrowski has an extensive insurance background. She was most recently at AXA CS as technical manager of liability and the environment but has chalked up more than 25 years’ experience in total.
