JM Glendinning Insurance Brokers has promoted Amanda Rosser, Spencer Champion-Russell, and David Edmondson (pictured left to right) within its Midlands and Lancashire operations.
Edmondson steps up as client director at the Blackburn office, where he will concentrate on business development and work closely with managing director Matthew Stuttard on overall sales strategy. Since joining as an account executive in 2020, Edmondson has consistently provided excellent service and built a robust network within Lancashire.
Champion-Russell, meanwhile, has been appointed as client director at JM Glendinning Real Estate in Birmingham. Having joined the company in September 2020 as an account handler, he was promoted to account executive in July 2023. Champion-Russell’s efforts over the past year have significantly grown his client base, leading to his new role.
Also from JM Glendinning Real Estate, Rosser now serves as broking team leader. She joined the team in July 2023 as an account handler. Rosser’s commitment to maintaining consistent client and insurer relationships, alongside her support for colleagues and new hires, made her a standout candidate for the leadership position.
“We’re focussed on supporting and developing emerging talent, encouraging movement through the ranks, and these promotions are testament to this approach,” noted Jake Fox, managing director of JM Glendinning Group.
“David, Spencer, and Amanda are talented individuals and have each been recognised for the contribution they make to the business, to colleagues, and to clients. Congratulations to each of them for their achievements.”
JM Glendinning Insurance Brokers operates 12 offices across the UK, specialising in areas such as commercial and personal insurance, employee benefits, risk management, and claims management. In March, the branch in North Yorkshire surpassed £1 million in revenue.
JM Glendinning Insurance Brokers is part of the broader JMG Group, which has 31 offices.
