JLT Specialty is moving around in the Midlands amid expansion.
In Birmingham, the risk and insurance advisor is relocating to a different floor on its 45 Church Street office, according to a
BQ Live report. The growing JLT trading division will be taking over the original office.
As for Nottingham, JLT Specialty’s new office in the Castle Heights building on Maid Marian Way measures 1,800 square feet. A report by
East Midlands Business Link said this is the fourth move within Nottingham since 2012.
“Following our success over the last few years, we are delighted to be moving offices and expanding,” said head of Midlands Sally Swann, as quoted by
BQ Live.
Swann cited JLT Specialty’s “ever-growing team” of corporate risk and insurance advisers. She said the new offices will provide them with the space to continue to grow.
Parent company Jardine Lloyd Thompson is quoted on the London Stock Exchange and owns offices in 40 territories with more than 10,600 employees.
