iRevolution Group has tapped Ray Westwick as its new special projects director, effective last month.
In his new role, Westwick will work on growing Insurance Revolution and specialist motor insurance broker Barry Grainger, as well as delivering on a number of projects in the pipeline across its various broker companies.
Westwick brings a wealth of strategic experience to the group. He was most recently the chief operating officer of Freedom Services Group. The similarities to his previous role will allow Westwick to “slot into iRevolution Group with ease”, the company claimed.
He also became the managing director for Action 365 Ltd and Freedom Brokers Ltd in the past decade.

According to Mark Rigby, chief executive officer of iRevolution Group, Westwick has already started important work since joining.
“Ray has amassed an abundance of experience, working coherently with several brokers in the past and was very successful in his previous role as COO,” Rigby said. “We hope he can continue to provide important expertise and look forward to using his knowledge to expand our group’s potential.‘With a number of upcoming projects, we believe Ray is the perfect fit for our special projects director role and look forward to launching these with Ray’s knowledge and guidance.”
Founded in 2013, iRevolution Group has grown from a non-specialist broker, delivering insurance solutions to the non-standard market, to a top 100 broking group. The group has since expanded to include brokers Insurance Revolution, BG Insurance and 1st UK Commercial, as well as non-broking firms Policy Link and Utilink Consulting.
