General & Medical, among the first to support the Inclusive Behaviours Pledge, has lifted the lid on its backing.
“We are very proud to be a founding signature to the pledge, a public disclosure of the work/life ethic which has been embedded in our group culture for many years,” said General & Medical managing director David Wildman.
“We actively encourage the very best from our staff and will continue to work closely with them to ensure they feel valued.”
A member of the Managing General Agents Association, General & Medical provides insured and non-insured private healthcare schemes to businesses, families, individuals, and affinity groups not only in the UK but also overseas.
The firm has strong associations with Lloyd’s of London, which spearheaded the Inclusive Behaviours Pledge with Zurich. It is joined by the likes of the Association of British Insurers, the British Insurance Brokers’ Association, and the Lloyd’s Market Association as founding signatories.
