Payment protection insurance specialist Allay is massively expanding its workforce to keep up with the growing demand for its services.
The insurance claims company looks to increase its call centre staff from 20 to 100 at its headquarters in Newcastle,
Business Quarter reported.
The move will boost the company’s total workforce to 240 across its centres in Newcastle, the North West, and Wales.
“Our business is growing at a fast pace, and we need to boost our call centre workforce to cope with the additional demand and ensure we continue to deliver an excellent service,”
Business Quarter quoted managing director Steven Bell as saying.
Bell said the creation of 80 new jobs will help the local economy and reinforces the company’s status and expansion plans.
“It is fantastic news that Allay is growing the compensation side of the business, and as a result can both cement its position as a significant employer in Newcastle and increase its presence in this area,” regional business news site
Bdaily quoted Bell as saying.
