Aston Lark isn’t done building its new team in Wales, adding development executive Deborah Barber (pictured) as the insurance broker’s latest hire.
Barber’s appointment is part of Aston Lark’s recruitment streak in Wales, where Catherine Robinson and Alex Davies recently joined as account executives. Led by South Wales regional director Gary Stevens, the new unit was unveiled in January.
“I’ve worked within the insurance industry for many years, but I’ve never had the chance to help build a region from the ground up, which is what Aston Lark gives me,” noted Barber, who made the switch from Thomas Carroll to be in charge of growing Aston Lark’s clientele within the Cardiff and Vale area.
“It’s incredibly exciting to be joining the firm at such a pivotal stage in its development, and I’m very much looking forward to working with my new colleagues to bring comprehensive insurance solutions to our growing number of clients.”
Barber brings more than 30 years of insurance know-how to Aston Lark.
“I’m very pleased to have secured Deborah as our development executive and know that her decades of industry experience will prove incredibly valuable to our clients,” commented Stevens.
