Horwich Farrelly (HF) has announced its latest expansion with the opening of a new office in Baggot street, Dublin, which the firm’s growing team will move into by the first week of July.
“We are thrilled to be moving into new offices as we expand our team in Dublin,” HF partner and head of Ireland Martin Browne said. “The new office supports our focus on our people, giving us a desirable work environment, which supports our flexible, hybrid working model and our plans for the future as we add more areas of expertise.”
HF has set up its office in the middle of Dublin’s city centre and premier business district, right beside St Stephen’s Green park.
HF Ireland’s offering includes complete legal defence services and advice to insurers operating in the Republic of Ireland, as well as to individuals and corporations who have exposure to Republic of Ireland claims. It also provides ground-up support for self-insured clients, and public and employer liability and professional indemnity services.
Just last May, the firm announced over 20 new hires to its commercial debt recoveries team, to be based in the firm’s flagship office in Manchester. The suite of hires made HF one of the biggest commercial debt recovery teams in the industry.
During the first quarter of 2023 alone, the HF debt recoveries team recovered over £14.4 million for the firm’s clients, in addition to taking over 57,000 instructions during 2022.
