Hedron Network, Global Risk Partners’ (GRP) UK network arm, has announced the appointment of two business development professionals who will be responsible for supporting network partners in the South East and North East.
Anna Wilkinson has been appointed for the South East’s broker partners, while Tom Lawlor has been appointed for the North East’s. Both will report to Hedron Network development team manager Anthony Lee.
According to her LinkedIn, Wilkinson previously worked at 1Stop Insurance Consultants, where she most recently held the post of relationship director. She has also held prior roles at Griffin Insurance Services, Copperwheat Barlow, and NFU Mutual. She also currently works a voluntary position at The Careers & Enterprise Company.
Lawlor previously worked for Claims Consortium prior to Hedron. According to his LinkedIn, he also held previous roles at Anglesey Holiday Lettings and NFU Mutual.
“These new appointments are part of Hedron CEO Chris Haggart’s plans to invest in and boost support for partners. Our purpose at Hedron is our members, and giving our brokers access to high quality support is a core proposition from us,” Lee said. “Growth is not just a buzzword at Hedron; as well as business development, we have a dedicated growth team who are supporting brokers at all stages of the client journey from identification of prospects through to renewal.”
Earlier this year, Hedron’s parent GRP also announced its acquisition of Christopher Trigg, a commercial insurance broker.
