Insurance-focused consultancy GreenKite Associates has added a chief commercial officer to its executive team.
Joining the all-female leadership roster with immediate effect is Sharon Brown (pictured), who served as a board advisor to the firm from last November. In the newly created role, Brown will have oversight of all sales, marketing, and related customer service activities at GreenKite.
“I am extremely excited to join the GreenKite team as they continue to expand and look forward to helping achieve our ambitious growth goals,” Brown, who has more than three decades of insurance industry experience, said in an emailed release. “We have a phenomenal opportunity in front of us.”
Leveraging her broker and managing general agent market expertise, the new executive team member will be in charge of developing and executing commercial strategies that support GreenKite’s overall business objectives.

Launched in 2019, GreenKite supports insurance and financial services firms in the areas of delegated authority, operational resilience, and data and digital.
