The global broking giant Gallagher today announced that it has tapped a trio of experienced leaders to support its growing upstream energy business.
The appointments include Darren Jones who has joined as an executive partner. Jones joins from Miller bringing 20+ years in energy broking and specialism in developing international books of business. Before Miller, he held positions at Marsh and Lockton.
Ian Curtin is also set to join as an executive partner later this month. He was previously head of energy Construction at Miller and brings 50 years of insurance experience, having served in senior broking roles at Marsh, Lockton and Sedgwick.
Meanwhile, Daniel Stobart is joining the team as a partner & account executive in early 2025. He comes from Marsh where, for the last ten years, he has worked as an account executive and, previously, from JLT where was worked for over 20 years as a partner in its Marine and Energy practice.
