Gallagher Bassett celebrates the third anniversary of its acquisition of Northampton-based Strata Solicitors, which has already achieved the company's five-year growth target.
Since Gallagher Bassett's acquisition three years ago, Strata Solicitors has achieved 76% revenue growth. It has also expanded to support the Gallagher Bassett UK branch network further, enabling full cradle-to-grave service offerings under a single roof.
Gallagher Bassett UK chief executive officer Simon Pemberton commented: “Since acquiring Strata Solicitors in 2017, we are delighted with the results we have seen. With the continued growth of legal services in the TPA market, Gallagher Bassett proactively acquired Strata three years ago.
Strata now has over 80 legal and insurance professional claims handlers focusing on motor and casualty risk lines and specialising in injury, credit hire, and fraud.
“Joining Gallagher Bassett has been a proven success story for us. It has enabled us to provide our consistent, quality claims services to a wider market, and demonstrate real value to our ever-expanding customer base,” Davies said.
Pemberton added: “The results Paul Davies, [Strata director] Richard Fearn, and Strata have achieved in those three years demonstrates Gallagher Bassett's resolve to be ahead of the market. We now have an established, proven and successful legal service offering.”
