London-based Shawn Foreman, who has more than 25 years of accident & health (A&H) experience, is now part of Talbot Underwriting Ltd.
Appointed as class underwriter, Foreman bolsters Talbot’s global A&H team and will be in charge of developing the portfolio not only in London but also of the wider Talbot Group. He previously served as senior underwriter at Ace European Group Limited and at Chubb’s London Market wholesale and specialty arm called Chubb Global Markets.
“Shawn’s experience in global A&H comes at an exciting time for Talbot,” commented head of specialty Russell Bean. “Our plans to elevate and expand the A&H portfolio, paired with Shawn’s impressive experience will be a great combination.”
Talbot, a member company of AIG, provides insurance cover globally for both individuals and companies through a broad range of products under A&H. The offerings include individual or group personal accident and sickness, aviation personal accident and flight crew loss of licence, key persons, professional sports, professional entertainers, war, and other high hazard personal accident.
