Nicola Bowen (pictured) has joined the property risks practice group at insurance coverage disputes firm Fenchurch Law.
Appointed as an associate, Bowen made the switch from BLM where she was a solicitor within the property damage team. The DAC Beachcroft alumnus brings years of insurance litigation experience, having acted for insurers on first-party and liability claims disputes and complex defendant matters.
In addition, Bowen has acted jointly for insurers and their insureds on a number of large subrogated recovery actions.
