Rob Goodship (pictured) has joined the coverage dispute team at Fenchurch Law.
The associate joins from Kennedys where he was part of the property, energy, and construction unit. Goodship specialises in insurance disputes and has considerable know-how in property damage, construction, and professional indemnity coverage issues.

Goodship has acted for a number of leading insurers in relation to coverage disputes across a broad range of first-party and liability claims, as well as defending claims against professionals. He has also acted jointly for insurers and their insureds in large subrogated recovery actions.
