Ecclesiastical Insurance has launched new video software that allows remote inspections along with desktop reviews to assist risk management surveys.
The video streaming function, which was developed by Risk Solved, provides a real-time view of the client’s property.
“Video inspections provide a more insightful survey. Our customers give their customers access to this information via the customer portal, along with full survey or self-assessment information and associated risk improvement recommendations,” said Debbie Baker, the sales and marketing director at Risk Solved.
The process allows clients to feed information back digitally on their property and determine how they are managing their risk improvements. The risk manager would schedule a call with the client or contact an onsite surveyor via email then stream the video through a phone or tablet to see live visuals and provide a remote video inspection.
