Accountancy and business advisory firm BDO becomes the third biggest auditor of listed companies with its completed merger with the London, Birmingham, Reading, Bristol, and Watford offices of Moore Stephens LLP.
Operating under the BDO brand, the merged firm will enhance BDO’s capabilities aimed at the financial services and insurance sectors. BDO LLP now has a workforce of 5,000 people based in 17 locations in the UK.
The entity is part of BDO’s 80,000-strong international network, which generates US$9 billion in revenues across more than 160 countries.
