Global claims management giant Crawford & Company has promoted Kieran Rigby to the role of president of international, covering the UK, Europe, Asia-Pacific and Latin America regions.
Based in London, Rigby will be responsible for strengthening Crawford’s global capabilities, realigning its operating model for further efficiency and profitability across its international businesses.
In his new role, Rigby will also serve as a member of Crawford’s global executive management team. He will report directly to global COO Andrew Robinson.
“We are excited to have Kieran lead, grow and further develop our operations, as well as pursue new and innovative ways to serve our clients,” Robinson said.
Rigby was previously CEO of GAB Robins UK until Crawford acquired the company in 2014. He then served as CEO of Crawford Europe and Latin America.
Throughout his career, Rigby has been in senior leadership positions in claims and loss adjusting. He was also the former president of the Federation of European Loss Adjusting Associations.
