Covéa Insurance believes it is going one step beyond the norm to ensure it supports its broker and business partners – and now it has the accolades to prove it.
For the second successive year the firm’s commercial lines and high net worth team has earned Chartered Insurer Status as proof that it meets the rigorous criteria necessary to match the
CII’s professional standards.
The company first gained the accolade last year and, according to Simon Cooter, commercial lines and high net worth director at the firm, it has continued to invest in raising its standards and the skills of its employees ever since.
“In the commercial and high net worth market, our customers are spending what can be significant sums of money to protect what they value,” he said. “It is essential, therefore, that we provide a service that gives them confidence in our service and technical capability.”
“Achieving and maintaining Chartered Insurer Status demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the highest professional standards and reflects our continuing investment in supporting our broker and business partners. Put simply, it adds value to our service.”
