Those were the words of Commercial Express managing director Duncan Pritchard when the managing general agent (MGA) announced Karen Percy’s (pictured) appointment as sales and distribution director. The MGA said the new director, who brings more than three decades of industry experience to the role, will partner with Pritchard in advancing the West Midlands firm.
Percy, who was with Norwich Union Insurance (Aviva) from 1987 to 2002, also spent time at the likes of PBS Holdings and NIG Commercial.
“To have someone with her reputation and knowledge of the MGA market can only drive Commercial Express forwards,” said Pritchard. “I look forward to working with her and shaping the company to achieving our goal of becoming the number one MGA in the UK.”
Based at the Brierley Hill headquarters, the key arrival takes up the sales and distribution director position today.
