At a time when many companies may be putting the brakes on new hires amid the coronavirus lockdown, one is looking to stride ahead and bolster its broker ranks.
On the back of a merger between Cobra London Markets and Citynet Insurance Brokers, Spike Dolphin (pictured) has made the switch to the firm. He joins as a London Market broker, having previously been with Tasker & Partners for five years.
“I am delighted to be a part of the Cobra team and relish the challenge of utilising my skills to service and grow the Cobra casualty account,” Dolphin said.
According to Citynet/Cobra London Markets CEO Richard Scott, Dolphin is “exactly” what the firm was looking for.
“He is knowledgeable, enthusiastic and takes great pride in providing the sort of service our brokers want,” he said. “This is the first of a number of new appointments to be unveiled during the next month. These are exciting times and a great time to be one of our partners.”
