Clark Thomson Insurance Brokers has pulled off a significant coup for its business with the announcement today that it has secured the services of Paul Ross (pictured) as branch director.
Ross will join the firm from January 2017 and arrives from Aviva where he was head of trading responsible for Northern Ireland, Scotland and the Perth National Trading Centre. At CTIB he will assume the role of branch director responsible for the Perth office and Ben Bailey, managing director of the firm, believes his wealth of experience will prove a significant asset.
“Paul not only understands the value we place in developing trust with our customers, but also brings his expertise in the insurance market,” he explained.
“He is well-known and respected in the Scottish business community and we are sure his leadership skills will enhance our already strong offering for the benefit of clients.”
Along with Ross’s arrival, former branch director Arlene Kelly will move into the role of director of market relationships.
“This is a critical role in our business and is essential to ensure our clients continue receiving the very best from Insurers, in terms of price, breadth of cover and claims service,” explained Bailey.
