As it looks to build its casualty portfolio across the UK and Ireland, Chubb has introduced a new casualty manager for the region.
Alex Forman (pictured) takes the role, effective immediately, reporting in to P&C chief underwriting officer for the UK and Ireland Mark Roberts. Forman, who was previously head of UK retail underwriting at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, will now be responsible for leading the growth of the UK&I casualty portfolio with product line oversight of all casualty business.
Roberts said that he was delighted to have Forman join the team.
“He brings with him not only a wealth of experience but also tremendous knowledge and insight which will enable him to lead our largest product line in a dynamic way,” he said. “This appointment will help position Chubb at the forefront of the casualty market by delivering growth and effective solutions at an exciting time for our business.”
