Chubb has announced key leadership changes in its Central Region operations, with Nathalie Meyer (pictured) taking over the role of country president for Switzerland.
The insurance giant has also appointed Nikolay Dmitriev as regional executive officer (REO) and Christian Graber as commercial lines regional executive officer.
In her new role, Meyer will oversee Chubb’s property and casualty, accident and health, and consumer lines operations across Switzerland. She will succeed Dawn Miller, who will step down from the position on February 01. Miller is also the outgoing REO for Central Region.
Meyer joined Chubb in 2008 and has held various senior roles in Switzerland, including as financial lines manager. Most recently, she served as the country’s middle market, SME, and industry practices segment leader. Her appointment is subject to regulatory approval.

In addition to his REO duties, Dmitriev will continue in his current role as country president for Russia and will be based there for the time being.
Dmitriev and Graber will also commence their new positions on February 01. Dmitriev will be reporting to Sara Mitchell, division president of Continental Europe, Middle East, and Africa, while Meyer and Graber will report to Dmitriev.

“Nikolay and Christian are seasoned professionals with a demonstrable track record of success in their previous roles, which makes them perfectly placed to take on their new leadership positions in our Central Region, which is a very diverse market covering eight countries with many different languages and cultures,” she added. “All three promotions are testament to the talent and experience we have across the Chubb business.”
