Charles Taylor Adjusting (CTA) has new additions to its senior management team.
Bringing a combined four decades of experience to the table are James Norman and Sean O’Dowd, who have been tapped to serve as strategy & business development director and legal counsel & compliance officer, respectively.
Norman’s remit involves the development and delivery of longer-term business development activities and growth opportunities across the international loss adjuster, while O’Dowd will be in charge of CTA’s legal and compliance functions globally.
The new strategy & business development director’s more than 17 years of experience in the insurance industry includes time spent at LV= and KPMG. O’Dowd, meanwhile, has over 26 years of expertise as an international lawyer and compliance counsel.
“We have ambitious plans to continue the growth of our business globally, and I am delighted to welcome James and Sean to our senior management team,” commented CTA chief executive Damian Ely. “Their breadth of experience in senior strategic roles in management consultancy and insurance will be invaluable as we take forward our growth plans.”
