Butterworth Spengler, a North West insurance broker, has invested in a rebranding in the lead up to its 100th anniversary celebration.
Founded in Liverpool, Butterworth Spengler joined the JMG Group in 2021. John Lacey (pictured) believes the move inspired the directors’ ambitious growth plans for the business, adding: “Joining JMG has helped us up our game. We knew we wanted to grow, and this has turbocharged it.”
The directors of Butterworth Spengler, have invested in the rebrand as part of the company’s growth plans. Part of the growth strategy includes making acquisitions - the first was the acquisition of Gloucester-based insurance broker Brunsdon, which changed its name to Butterworth Spengler South West Ltd in 2022.
Butterworth Spengler has three divisions: Commercial insurance, professional risks, and specialist schemes. It specialises in professional, commercial and manufacturing sectors including property, construction, retail, haulage, and leisure.
Part of JMG group can be found in the new logo. Other changes include a new look for Butterworth Spengler’s website.
