Elizabeth Robinson will be the director in financial lines for BMS effective 11 July. She will be based in London and report to Chris Madell, managing director of financial and professional lines at the independent specialist (re)insurance broker.
Robinson has held a broad range of senior roles on both broking and underwriting – including at AXA and independent brokering firms – across her 12-year career in the industry. She will join BMS from Tysers, where she was most recently director of North American executive and financial risks and managed Tysers’ portfolio in directors and officers and financial institutions in North America and Europe.
At BMS, Robinson will be responsible for managing North American wholesale financial lines strategy.

I look forward to using my expertise and experience to support their continued growth.”
Robinson also holds an MSc in economics, postgraduate legal studies, and several industry qualifications.
“Her deep understanding of the market will be an incredible asset to BMS as we continue to expand our North American wholesale financial lines offering,” Madell said.
