Beach & Associates has snapped up recruits from Miller Insurance Services and Marsh Specialty.
Tapped to augment Beach’s London-based wholesale and delegated authority teams, respectively, are Nick Fearon and Lee Bonnett. The latter previously served as facilities placement head while the former Miller executive jointly led his old employer’s US professional liability unit.

The fresh arrival follows the addition of Jonathan Tritton and Theodora Backhouse in December 2018 and February 2019, respectively, to the brokerage’s wholesale operation.
“Our recent hires bring skillsets and vastly different backgrounds that will help grow both the Beach wholesale and delegated authority teams; areas which are of enormous importance to the group,” said Sutton.
