Robbie Hardingham has proven he has what it takes to power his way up the rankings at AXA XL.
Hardingham has been revealed as the new UK head of downstream energy and power at AXA XL Insurance, with immediate effect.
In taking the role, he is set to manage all underwriting in the UK for downstream energy and power, while helping to ensure the strategic development of the business. According to UK head of energy Peter Welton, the move is well deserved.
“Robbie has been with AXA XL for the duration of his career and has excelled throughout that time, building up an in-depth understanding of the business and our clients,” he said. “His appointment is a great reflection of the quality of talent at AXA XL.”
