Argenta Syndicate Management Limited (ASML) has announced the appointment of Hannah Wyatt as direct and facultative (D&F) property underwriter, US and international.
In her new role, Wyatt will be responsible for growing the company’s direct and facultative open-market property. Wyatt will step into the role later this year and will report to James Blackwell, head of property at ASML. She will be based in London.
Wyatt spent more than a decade underwriting property at several Lloyd’s syndicates. She joins ASML from property and speciality (re)insurer IQUW, where she served as senior property underwriter.
“We are pleased to welcome Hannah to the team as we continue to invest in our property book,” Blackwell said. “D&F is an area where market conditions are creating a strong demand for proactive and talented participants. Hannah’s extensive market knowledge will be a major asset as we continue to expand our open-market business in 2023 and beyond.”
