Broker relationships are a firm focus for Arch Insurance, with its UK regional division today announcing the appointment of Caroline Fisher (pictured) as broker relationship development manager.
Fisher, who takes the role with immediate effect, assumes responsibility for existing relationships across the South West region, while also looking to establish new relationships. She brings with her more than 30 years of experience in the industry, including spending 14 years in broker and insurer relationship management roles across the South of England. She makes the jump from Momentum Broker Solutions, where she was business development manager.
With past experiences at the likes of Commercial Express and Covea Insurance, Arch UK’s SVP of strategy and distribution Mike Bottle believes that Fisher has a lot to offer.
“Building responsive relationships with our brokers is central to how we do business at Arch,” he said. “Caroline has an excellent track record in working with brokers to fully understand their needs and has developed relationships with an incredible network of companies across the South West region. She brings a fantastic breadth and depth of knowledge to the team, and we look forward to seeing her excel in this role.”
