ARAG has appointed Kate Rees as its new human resources manager.
Rees joins the Bristol-based legal expenses and assistance provider after more than three decades at Tesco, where she started her personnel management career and advanced to the role of people partner.
Rees is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
“ARAG already has a large but friendly team, that is highly committed to the company’s core purpose of extending access to justice,” Rees said. “I’m really looking forward to the challenge of maintaining that energy and commitment while helping ARAG to grow the business.”
ARAG has been expanding its headcount significantly in recent years, even during the pandemic, and the company is currently recruiting for several positions to further grow its team in Bristol.
