London-based Richard Phelps (pictured) is now an enterprise client group leader at Aon.
The key arrival makes the switch from Barclays Investment Bank where he most recently served as managing director for senior relationship management. A former Olympic rower, Phelps also brings years of know-how from Kleinwort Benson.
