The company stalwart, who came onboard in 2004 on the corporate management trainee scheme, most recently served as account manager for engineering, construction and power, where she was in charge of the overall portfolio, strategic direction, and delivery.
Buck’s new remit will see the elevated executive take responsibility for leading the development of pricing capability for the insurer’s commercial business. She will also be looking at changing technologies and leveraging them to open up new data opportunities for underwriting.
