First off, Nathan McLay (pictured above) has been named motor engineer services manager and will be in charge of embedding recent structural and operational changes to the motor engineer area. McLay, who came onboard in 2012 and whose new role comes following the retirement of Paul Roberts, will also drive technical and customer service performance.
Meanwhile, replacing McLay as claims investigator operations manager is Kevin Knight (pictured below). An Allianz executive since 2005, Knight’s previous posts span customer delivery, bodily injury, fraud, and credit hire management.
As the new claims investigator operations manager, Knight will be responsible for the continued digitalisation of the company’s claims investigation service. Prior to joining Allianz, he worked in a range of technical handling, leadership, and management positions.
“Both Kev and Nathan bring a wealth of experience with them and will make great additions to the team,” said supply & experts head Graham Stait. “I would also like to extend my thanks to Paul who dedicated many years to working at Allianz and wish him all the best in his retirement.”
