Diana Salmon (pictured) has joined Allianz Insurance as health, safety, and wellbeing manager.
A chartered fellow of the Institute of Safety and Health and a member of the Institute of Risk and Safety Management, the key arrival managed Radian’s health, safety, and wellbeing function across nine counties in the South of England prior to moving to the major insurer.
“We’re delighted to welcome Diana to the business,” commented Steve Tickle, senior HR manager at Allianz Insurance. “As a responsible employer and of course an insurance company, the three strands to the job are crucial.
“I look forward to working with her and am confident that she’ll bring much to the role.”
Her remit includes working with safety officers, managing health and safety training provisions, and maintaining documentation such as the corporate risk register.
Salmon holds an MSc in workplace health and organisational culture, as well as a NEBOSH Diploma in occupational safety and health.
