Allianz Insurance has two new senior hires in Scotland as it continues to widen its presence in the region.
Chris Hanson, who was with AXA for over one and a half decades, has been appointed as distribution manager and will be in charge of shaping and implementing Allianz’s Scottish broker trading strategy. His experience includes serving as senior underwriter and account manager.
Meanwhile former Zurich regional portfolio development underwriter Scott McLuskey has been tapped as business developer to grow Allianz’s general insurance business held across a panel of global, national, and independent brokers across Scotland.
“Chris and Scott are highly skilled, experienced individuals and I’m delighted to welcome them both to Allianz,” said Stephanie Ogden, Allianz branch manager for the North West and Scotland region. “These key appointments continue our push to broaden our regional footprint and strengthen ties with our broker partners.
