There is a new claims proposition manager at Allianz Commercial, with the company announcing a key promotion.
Kuldip Kang (pictured) has moved into the role, with a focus on providing excellent broker and customer service. She will oversee multiple teams, including communications and customer relationship managers, on the back of having worked for the firm for nine years. Earlier in her tenure, she worked as a business analyst on the business transfer of the LV= and L&G businesses to Allianz and has scooped numerous industry awards, including Young Professional of the Year from the Insurance Institute of Guildford.
Kang takes the role previously held by Emily Mills, who has made the switch to KPMG. She will now report Margaret Scott, director of claims strategy and customer experience who expressed her own excitement at the move.
“Her background in data and her experience in change projects are real assets for her new role, which is very important,” she said. “Our claims proposition is at the heart of what we offer brokers.”
