Former CNA Hardy director and HR business partner Claire Parkinson is making the switch to Lloyd’s managing agency AEGIS London to serve as head of HR.
“AEGIS London has an outstanding reputation as an innovative, successful business which puts people at the heart of its strong and distinctive culture,” noted Parkinson, who also brings experience from a number of human resources roles at XL Catlin and RSA.
“I am excited by the opportunity to help take the business forward and develop its talent retention and recruitment strategy at such a critical time for London and the Lloyd’s market.”
AEGIS London, the UK-based subsidiary of mutual Associated Electric & Gas Insurance Services Limited, operates Syndicate 1225 at Lloyd’s.
