Advantage Home Construction Insurance (AHCI) is busy bringing in new staff.
This is the third time this year that Insurance Business is reporting on the construction insurer’s hiring initiatives, with the latest batch of recruits consisting of five sales team members and one technical surveyor.
According to directors David Sumner and Keith Gannon, the focus is on creating steady and sustainable growth for the business.
“We’re proud to be creating jobs in Warrington, where we have our headquarters, and also in Birmingham and the South East,” commented Gannon.
“Our fantastic team has made our rapid expansion over the past five years possible and we’re pleased to be in the position to create more local jobs over the coming months.”
With its projected long-term growth, AHCI will continue to hire highly trained staff to ensure that the right personnel are in place to support the company’s expansion.
“We’re proud to work with the leading high street lenders to provide cover for both large and small schemes and also to work with the leading property developers nationwide,” noted Sumner.
“However, we appreciate that investing in hiring the right people is just as pivotal to our success as the companies we work with.”
